While social media marketing has theoretically existed for around 40 years, it wasnвЂ™t until after Facebook established just a little over 10 years ago that organizations started attending to it as a strong device for advertising. It once was that branding would be dedicated to printing media, broadcast adverts and newsletters (email and leaflets). The addition of social media marketing suggested that businesses now had another real method to relate to their customers.
